1. Eligibility
• Promotion is open to all active members of the First Light Rewards Players Club.
• Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
• Guests must be actively playing with a valid First Light Rewards card inserted during the promotional period.
• Guests must use their own valid First Light Rewards account. Use of another person’s account is prohibited.
• Employees of First Light Casino and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Overview
Waterfall Win-Back is a three-day Free Play bounceback promotion. Eligible guests may receive a tier-based Free Play offer on Tuesday and may qualify for increased bounceback Free Play offers on Wednesday and Thursday based on prior day play activity.
This is a sequential promotion. Guests must qualify and participate during each promotional day in order to unlock the following day’s offer.
3. Day 1 – Tuesday Free Play Offer
On Tuesdays during the promotional period, eligible guests actively playing with their First Light Rewards card inserted may receive an automatic tier-based Free Play offer.
Tuesday Free Play Awards:
• Wind Tier: $10 Free Play
• Water Tier: $15 Free Play
• Fire Tier: $20 Free Play
• Earth Tier: $25 Free Play
4. Tuesday Redemption Requirements
• Free Play will be automatically issued to eligible guest accounts.
• Guests will be prompted on the game screen to redeem the Free Play.
• Tuesday Free Play must be redeemed and used between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day it is issued.
• Free Play not redeemed and used within the promotional period will be forfeited.
• Limit one Tuesday Free Play redemption per guest per promotional day.
5. Day 2 – Wednesday Bounceback Offer
Guests who participate in the Tuesday promotional offer may qualify for a Wednesday bounceback offer.
To qualify for the Wednesday bounceback, guests must:
• Redeem the Tuesday Free Play offer during the Tuesday promotional period; and
• Accumulate the required carded play on Tuesday during the promotional period.
Eligible guests will receive the Wednesday bounceback offer based on their First Light Rewards tier.
Wednesday Bounceback Free Play Awards:
• Wind Tier: $20 Free Play
• Water Tier: $25 Free Play
• Fire Tier: $30 Free Play
• Earth Tier: $50 Free Play
6. Wednesday Bounceback Redemption Requirements
• Wednesday bounceback Free Play will be issued to qualifying guest accounts.
• Guests will be prompted on the game screen to redeem the Free Play.
• Wednesday bounceback Free Play must be redeemed and used between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Wednesday.
• Free Play not redeemed and used within the promotional period will be forfeited.

7. Day 3 – Thursday Final Bounceback Offer
Guests who participate in the Wednesday bounceback offer may qualify for a Thursday final bounceback offer.
To qualify for the Thursday final bounceback, guests must:
• Have qualified for and redeemed the Wednesday bounceback Free Play offer during the Wednesday promotional period; and
• Accumulate the required carded play on Wednesday during the promotional period. Guests who do not qualify for or redeem the Wednesday bounceback offer will not be eligible for the Thursday final bounceback offer.
Eligible guests will receive the Thursday final bounceback offer based on their First Light Rewards tier.
Thursday Final Bounceback Free Play Awards:
• Wind Tier: $40 Free Play
• Water Tier: $50 Free Play
• Fire Tier: $60 Free Play
• Earth Tier: $70 Free Play
8. Thursday Final Bounceback Redemption Requirements
• Thursday final bounceback Free Play will be issued to qualifying guest accounts.
• Guests will be prompted on the game screen to redeem the Free Play.
• Thursday final bounceback Free Play must be redeemed and used between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Thursday.
• Free Play not redeemed and used within the promotional period will be forfeited.

9. General Conditions
• Guests must use their own valid First Light Rewards account; use of another person’s account is prohibited.
• Free Play is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Management reserves the right to verify eligibility, tier status, redemption activity, and carded play activity.
• Guests must meet all applicable promotional requirements in order to qualify for each following day’s bounceback offer.
• Malfunction voids all pays and promotional awards.
• Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion with approval from the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Gaming Commission.
