Security Officer
Department: First Light Casino
Reports To: Casino Manager

Salary Range: $24 per hour
Job Description
Responsible for the safety and security of employees, customers, assets, and facilities. Controls and diffuses potential problems and assists employees and guests in emergencies. Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Must present a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must be in good physical condition, capable of assisting in the lifting of a human being based on the circumstances. Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift and reach. Ability to make quick decisions, and follow established policies and procedures. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be congenial, friendly and a team player. Must able to obtain license under the Security Guard Act (“SGA” or Article 7-A of the General Business Law). Must also be certified or become certified by any state, city or country agency having jurisdiction over the employee’s area of operation. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to Massachusetts Tribal Gaming regulations.
Cage Clerk

Job Description
Responsible for documenting and verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coins, vouchers, tickets, bank deposits, and other monetary instruments. Maintain the accountability of the main bank and safe per established internal control, policies and procedures, and gaming regulations. Responsible for performing verifications on loose and bundled money, coin transactions and check cashing. Processes jackpots check cashing and redeems valid gaming vouchers received from patrons for an equivalent amount of cash. Working knowledge of P.O.S. cash register system and gaming voucher ticket redemption system. Comply with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations during the drop and count. Further, responsible for the collection and counting of vouchers and currency from gaming bill acceptors. Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mental and physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Must be able to lift moderate amounts of at least 30 lbs. Ability to make independent decisions. Ability to read, speak, and communicate ideas in English both orally and in writing. Must have excellent Math skills. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends. Holidays and special events as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have two (2) years cashier experience in related operations. Experience as Main Banker/Cashier/Drop Team Member is a plus. Must also have excellent PC, communication, supervisory and delegation skills. Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to Massachusetts Tribal Gaming regulations.
Environmental Service Attendant

Job Description
Perform a variety of housekeeping and cleaning functions throughout all areas of the facility to ensure a clean, safe environment for customers, fellow team members, and other visitors. Responsible for performing tasks assigned in compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, procedures, internal controls, and safety regulations. Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be a team player.

Minimum Requirements

Surveillance Operator

Job Description
Responsible for maintaining close surveillance of all gaming and cash-handling areas. Utilizes necessary equipment to identify, record, and document illegal and/or unusual activities occurring in areas under surveillance and reports same to appropriate personnel. Protect the assets of the company. Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. Must present a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Shift Manager

Job Description
Responsible for Managing operations within the Welcome Center on their assigned shift. Ensures compliance with internal controls, exceptional guest service, and operational readiness. Supports the team in all functional areas including cashiering, floor oversight, issue resolution, jackpot payments, and slot drop coordination. Acts as the communication bridge between Team Members and leadership, promoting a clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift. Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires multitasking in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in gaming, hospitality, or banking preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain appropriate gaming licensure per Mashpee Tribal Gaming regulations.
Facility Maintenance Technician I

Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician I is responsible for assisting with the maintenance, construction, and repair of all property and equipment within their specialty. This role ensures compliance with all department, company, and government regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls. The technician promotes positive customer and employee relations and performs other duties as assigned.
